Every individual deserves a chance to pursue their dreams without limitation. That's why we are dedicated to restoring independence and improving quality of life for our clients by providing complex rehabilitation equipment for individuals with demonstrated need.
To Apply for Product Donations
Product applications will be reviewed based on several criteria, including:

1Critical need(s) of the individual/client

2Completion of the product application (including client signature)

3Alignment with the Path to Mobility Project mission

4Any future requests for parts from donated chairs must be resubmitted as a new application for each client (one application per year)

5Clients may only submit one application per year

6Note that the application will not be considered if the chair has already been ordered
Please note that in-kind product donations are limited. Decisions on product donations are made based on the recommendation of an independent panel of ATP specialists who review all product requests. Donation decisions are made on a rolling basis, and applicants will be notified if their application has been accepted. The Path to Mobility team requests that applicants apply only once in a twelve-month period. Path to Mobility Project's fiscal year is based on the calendar year.
